Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed off to our carriers within 1–2 business days, counted Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are, whenever feasible, processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packed using specialized cold-chain insulation and are dispatched Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

Order Modifications & Address Changes
